The Post Of The Treasurer

Herbert Allison Jr: CEO of Fannie Mae has been identified by the White House to hold the post of Assistant Treasury Secretary for financial stability, and counselor to Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner. He would be at the head of the Troubled Asset Relief Program that has been infusing billions of dollars to troubled banks as a stimulus to the failing economy.
